We work toward a Reina Mercedes that is an agro-industrial zone of Isabela — with healthy, self-sufficient, literate, and peace-loving people living in a safe, clean, and well-planned community, governed with accountability and faith.

Together with the Vice Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan, our department heads, and barangay leaders, we will keep investing in food security, livelihoods, public health, and transparent local governance. When families can grow food, share harvests, and access municipal services without delay, our town becomes more resilient — before calamities and after them.
